MAKE A POSITIVE MOVE

Most of us , at some time or the other , go through set backs in life . Loss of a job , loss in business , disturbed family life , losing a loved one .... Negative feelings start visiting our mind . The thought that we have been wronged by our life starts haunting our mind . The sufferings seem to be unjustified , when we feel almost all around us are living a perfect life . The frustration further pushes the feeling that we have been singled out , but why ? WHY ONLY ME ? This crippling thought gives rise to self doubt , self blame & makes us short on self confidence . We have to & we must make efforts to come out of it .
HOW?
Change the track , infuse positive thoughts . First accept the suffering as part of life . Look at the BLESSINGS we enjoy . Acknowledge them every day . Express gratitude . Think , why we are quick to blame for distress but take blessings for granted .To keep negativity at bay , remind self of the blessings everyday .Cultivate faith in the laws of the universe to reduce anxiety . Focus on state of being .Who am i in the current situation ? Intolerant , overambitious , judgmental ,egoistic ...! Who I need to be ? Open minded , balanced , calmer , emotional & spiritual . Recovery will be very fast . Looking inwards would take us to the sacred within . When in distress , do remember Counselors in Action Tanzania (CiAT), your positive holistic life is our focus.
